Store Staff Feature : Enabling sellers to take physical store office fully online

Sellers on Novacupid can now add their store staff online and assign them different permissions depending on their roles. And you may be wondering, why would I need staff for my online store? Sellers who are having great success, but who struggle to run an entire store on their own, these types of businesses need a team to run different aspects of their store, for effective management and increased productivity.

Here are features of sellers’ staff management on Novacupid:

  1. Sellers can let anyone they trust to manage the store for them.  They can run their eCommerce business along with a full-fledged managed team just like a brick and mortar store business.
  2. They will be able to set which staff can do what and restrict any access they want. This also means that providers can safely add people who live in remote locations to their online teams, avoiding the hassle of managing a team physically
  3. Once the seller has created an employee/staff under “Staff” in the seller dashboard, each staff will receive a confirmation email. After setting a new password, the staff will be able to log in with their new username and view the seller’s store in their custom dashboard.
  4. Through the secure staff dashboard, staff can perform some basic functions such as:  Manage orders and refunds, reviews and withdrawals, and view reports. staff can add, edit, update and delete products and coupons just like the store owner.
    Staff can also manage pre-orderable and auctionable products.
